The fall
brings color and succulent game Well spring has turned into summer and
fall is fast approaching. I must apologize for not working in
LaCucina all summer, but there was so much to do and enjoy and I
promise to do a better job in the coming months. With the hot days
gone by and the cooler season fast approaching I am filled with
better sweet feelings. I love summer?s and all the things one can
do, but love the fall just as much with the only regret that winter
won?t be far behind. The fall with its cool crisp mornings, the
still warm days and the beautiful colors of nature as the foliage
transforms itself into masterpieces painted by mother nature. For
the Chef this season represents the harvest of wonderful crops and
of course the beginning of the game season. I am not a huntsman
myself but on the other hand appreciate to utilize what they bring
back from "La Chasse".
Who is
Giovanni?
Giovanni is a passionate chef, who for many years has cooked in
different Culinary Establishments. Giovanni has experienced many
different cultures and his style of cooking is reflected on that. He
enjoys the outdoors and has a genuine respect for Mother Nature and
all plants & animals, who provide the wonderful ingredients
which form the bases of his culinary creations. Giovanni has
created a Cyber Kitchen which he calls "La Cucina". The doors at "La
Cucina" are always open and Giovanni will be available to share many
of his skills, talents and adventures with his visitors.
